Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes.

These costs are not included in the product price or shipping price and are charged directly by the destination country or by the carrier. This applies even when shipping is included in the product price, since shipping costs and import tariffs are separate and unrelated. It also applies to the United States, where import tariffs have recently been introduced. The buyer is responsible for checking any applicable import costs before placing an order

Nitrocellulose Laquer Warning:

If you use Performaxe on a guitar with nitrocellulose laquer finish you must avoid leaving it clamped on for several days at a time, over a long period of time this kind of paint could get damaged by the rubber. Remember to remove it after each use.

What if you order a Performaxe and you change your mind?

If your item has not been shipped yet: You can cancel your order at any time before Performaxe is shipped and instantly get your money back. Just send an email to jay@guitarscientist.com.

If your item has already been shipped: To return your Performaxe you need to wait until you get it, from that moment you have a 14 days no-question-asked 100% money back warranty. Shipping costs for returning the item are paid by the customer. For more info check the FAQ page.
